Nothing too special there. Just some family activity photo albums. Registration is required to have access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I had a problem with the photo album &#8220;plug-in&#8221; named &#8220;<strong>NextGEN Gallery<\/strong>&#8220;, I first chose to use. I uploaded over a thousand family photos and set them up into individual display tabs (buttons), according to event or subject area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All displayed well for about 48 hours. Then the NextGEN viewer started loosing connection with the photo storage and would not retrieve photos for display. Very strange behaviour for a top rated photo gallery plug-in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No apparent cure so I loaded my second choice plug-in gallery called &#8220;<strong>FooGallery<\/strong>&#8220;. I discover it has some very nice display feature. Should have been my first choice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The big problem was I had to totally reload all the photos from scratch. There is a helper program I tried called &#8220;<strong>FooGallery Migrate<\/strong>&#8220;. But it&#8217;s function failed miserably. I suspect because the existing NextGEN galleries were already defective. Can&#8217;t migrate what is already broken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It was a lot of keyboard work but now I have the photos displaying properly and so far, not showing any failure symptoms.
